Triple Oh! is a dark comedy-drama based on true events, following the lives saved and lost by ambulance paramedics Tayls and Cate. With conflicting personalities and a policy of having sex whenever a patient dies, the pair work together to save patients in absurd medical emergencies, while navigating their complicated relationship. Each episode opens with a new patient, while the tension between the two paramedics threatens to get in the way of saving lives.
