Nathalie is a philosophy teacher at a high school in Paris. She is enthusiastic about her work and divides her time between her students and her family, with her grown-up children and her slightly senile mother. One day her husband informs her that he is leaving her for another woman. This is only the first of a series of big changes that will force Nathalie to reinvent her life all of a sudden.
