Three different stories, the strands of which sometimes cross-over and simultaneously connect, speak of the people who dream of emigrating from Rumania. The characters influence each other, often unaware that they are doing so. They are the interconnected characters of various stories – appearing at times as protagonists in a given story - yet playing an uncanny secondary role in another and vice-versa.
